Random Wednesday

Stopped by my favorite junk spot...picked up these metal trivets. I hope to add some wood to them and paint on them...stay tuned Also picked up these sweet children's chairs, mirror and basket.
Over the weekend I picked up this plastic hamper.


I painted it and we are currently using it to store softball gear.


And finally, I finished up this flowers sign.

Keeping busy as you can see. Hope everyone is good!

    You sure are a busy girl! That basket looks exactly like the one I have and my sister Chris had. I don't know what ever happened to Chris's. Maybe that's it..Ha! Anyway, the baskets came from our Aunt back in the 50's. She got them with liquor in them as gifts from her company back then. Mine has one stick that slides to lock it on top. Chris's was a two sided slide I think. I keep my Aunt's old shoes from the fifties in it, along with a wooden purse that went with the shoes. Can't think of the name they called those shoes. They were made of wood and had two hinges. Sandal type with three different color straps that you changed to match your outfits. My mother sold them back in the 50's.
