Curb Alert

I picked up this awesome table right off the curb. I know can you believe it? I am seeing a bench for the garden, replace the glass with some wood and maybe a little decorative painting, what do you all think?
My father in law dropped of this old sewing table base. Very nice of him! I vision a plant stand.

    Gosh, I very green - I never find things like this on the curb - or even on Craigs List. Lucky you, and yes, I can see a really nice bench - and the sewing machine base would be pretty as a planter or table, especially painted a creamy white. Post pics when finished.
